How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Choosing a therapist who is good fit for you is one of the most - if not the most - important factors in whether therapy will feel productive. It is crucial that you find a provider who you feel you can trust, collaborate with, and share your thoughts and feelings with.

I want you to find the right therapist for you, even if that isn’t me! That’s why I offer a free initial consultation in order for us to meet each other, ask any questions you might have, and see for yourself whether our dynamic feels like it could be a good fit for you.

How do I book an initial consultation or a first appointment?

You can reach me via email at elizabethcarrollphd@gmail.com, or by calling me at (201) 639-2522. I try to respond to all messages within one business day.
