How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?

I want you to find the right therapist for you, even if that isn’t me!

I believe that it’s crucial you find a provider who you can trust, collaborate with, and safely share your thoughts and feelings with - that’s why I offer a free initial consultation.

During this first meeting, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for out of therapy, I’ll answer any questions you have, and you’ll have a chance to see for yourself whether our dynamic feels like the right fit for you.

How do I book an initial consultation or a first appointment?

You can reach me via email at elizabethcarrollphd@gmail.com, or by calling me at (201) 639-2522. I try to respond to all messages within one business day.
